At Artika, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home lighting and hardware purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original packaging with all included hardware and manuals to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
